ReplyDeleteMy gout problem start bothering me about month ago. My friend told to drink mixed papaya/tea/Coconuts water. I drunk the mixed water for about month but don't see much improvement. I was wondering if that because I boiled the papaya too long (I boiled water about 3-5 minutes and then slow cooked for another 10 minutes) and caused the papaya loss its function? Could you please advice?

Don't think you should ever "Boil" the water/juice, also mixing fruit is not one of the best rule, try eat them separately rather than 2-in-1. Get some more rest try to have deep sleep/rest, drink plenty of water, you should reduce the amount of red meat but not totally reject.
Deletediet only is not a good solution. You body might end up lack of lots primary elements for other part of your body needed. I believe the best solution is exercise and moderate your diet by balancing.

ReplyDeleteI 100% agree with the previous comment. My diet is in check in relation to gout and I exercise 5 times per week at least, yet my uric acid levels are still elevated. I am actually considering going back onto medications because I don't know what else to do.
